Consistency is needed!

The definition of consistency means thickness or something stays the same, is done in the same way or looks the same.

Consistency means something else for so many people as well.
Many many books suggest that you should get up and do things from really early in the morning.

Such as The 5 am Club by Robin Sharma or The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. And yes those are admirable attributes if you can do this.

However, if you can't do that then it's ok. Don't try to push yourself too much.

This post is for those of you who want consistency on your own life terms but can't get the consistency others to do. It honestly doesn't matter. I know that because I can't always get what I want to be done on a particular day.
And I often feel like a failure because of my disability the things I can't do. But like I say in the picture above it's just an opinion. Which is a negative one.
Changing your mindset is often the hardest thing to do.

Saying that is easier than done but it can be.  The first thing to remember is what you actually have achieved that day not what you wanted to.  And be glad that you have achieved those things.
Love and Peace

A new direction again.

I have written many posts about cerebral palsy, and moving homes several times. Particularly the new home and everything else to do with it...
