Whoever says moving is one of the most stressful times in your life is not lying.
I have still not moved or got anything ready for the move. I had thought that maybe we would be moving in the middle of next month but we're not.
It's ok but not what my anxiety wanted. Neither is it what my body wants as I have not been able to set up a routine to fit in my gym workout.
Even with the situation as it is globally not just locally with the virus Covid19.
I keep dreaming about what I want to do rather than what I can. Which frustrates me no end. Because nothing has changed meaning that my joints and muscles are getting tighter.
I know that I really should be doing more. However, my mood is so low I am really struggling. I wish I felt like I could do anything but right now the feeling of claustrophobia in a small house and doing exercise is making it difficult.
Even thinking of doing anything makes me panic because the space to move around is so small especially as we are packing things up.
I have sat in the corner watching #Netflix, listening to music or reading. Now, however, I sit in the corner learning from amazing coaches online. Which at the moment is just what I need while I am stuck waiting to move. It is something everyone can be doing if they are stuck indoors.
